Bring the peaceful colors of the season indoors in your own meditative work of art. Creating a mindful nature mandalas, is a simple restorative practice. An autumn leaf is far different than a spring leaf and we will have leaves, flowers, and other natural materials you can use to create a mandala of your very own. Each one is ephemeral and each one comes from a combination of nature and you!
